    Are you getting sick and tired of eating the same old canteen food everyday? Are you craving for new tastes to spice up your recess breaks? Fret not – we’ve got your back! Drawing inspiration from the secret menus of Starbucks and Wendy’s, we’re proud to present to you our very own rendition of Hwa Chong Canteen’s Secret Recipes!

     

    First up on the list – we have the KEB-HWA-B.

    WHAT & WHERE: Chicken Cutlet from Western Stall, Roti Prata from Malay Stall, (OPTIONAL: Lettuce from Green Box)

    If you’ve ever tried the tasty kebabs from STUFF’D and loved them, you definitely wouldn’t want to miss out on this dish. Succulent chicken cutlet wrapped in freshly baked prata makes for a perfect combination that would not only quell your hunger but also get you your GAINZ for whatever diet you’re on.

     

    Next up, we have the SAUSAGE FUSILLI.

    WHAT & WHERE: Fusilli from Green Box, Sausages from Drinks Stall

    It’s as if Tea Party has appeared in Hwa Chong’s canteen?! The lightly sautéed sausages blend so deliciously well with the pasta and veggies that you will surely be craving for more. This is a must-try if you’re looking for a healthier choice.

     

    Start your day right with the ENGLISH BREAKFAST.

    WHAT & WHERE: Wedges, Eggs & Beans from the Western Stall, Sausages from Drinks Stall

    You can’t get any more British than this! Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day, so why not start it right with this dish? It’s guaranteed to make you feel slightly more English and maybe raise your GP grades as well 😉

     

    Next up, the TOM-YUM-PAI-GU.

    WHAT & WHERE: Pai Gu (Pork Ribs) + Tom Yum Noodles from Noodle House

    Arguably the two most popular dishes that Noodle House has to offer, not many students know that they can actually combine both items to get the best of both worlds! The sweet and sour fragrance along with the tender pork ribs creates a taste you’ll never forget.
