Hey seniors! Are you excited for your prom?

Here are some reminders for you (just in case you were dozing off during the CMS session):

Details

Date: 10 Dec 2012 (Monday)

Venue: Swissotel the Stamford

Price: $95 per pax

Ticketing

Date: 1 Aug to 3 Aug 2012 (Wed to Fri)

Time: 330pm-530pm

Venue: Inner Plaza

Seating: Form groups of 5 or 10

Process:

1 representative from each group of 5 or 10 to pay via cheque to ‘Hwa Chong Students’ Council’ (eg. 10 X $95= $950)
Only 1 representative needed to queue for payment.
Selection of tables only available for groups of 10 (first-come-first-serve basis)
Students with special dietary requirements are to join a table of 10 (10+1)

Note: Groups of 5 cannot select their tables and have to be prepared to make new friends with another group of 5.

Remember to fill in the nominations and audition form and return them by the stated date
