Hot Off the Press: Shooting Girls, Squash Guys and Girls, Touch Rug Girls, Table Tennis

Our girls shooting team gave a fantastic display of their precise marksmanship today, with the Air Rifle Girls Team being awarded Gold (Champions!!) and Shooter Wu Zijin receiving an individual Bronze. The team also managed to break the national record with a score of 1163, and a stellar performance of Angela from Air Pistol also won her an individual Bronze.
Congratulations to our female shooters, and all the best for the other shooters who will be competing soon!
Squash
Once again, our amazing squash talents from both the guys and girls’ teams did the school proud by beating Jurong JC (for the guys), and ACS(I) (for the girls) with a score of 5-0!

Touch Rug Girls
Over at the field, our touch rug girls opened their season with a grand entrance, beating SRJC 6-2 and SAJC 4-0. Well done girls!
Table Tennis Boys & Girls
And in the sports hall, the boys team have prevailed over cross-canal rivals NJC 4-1 to enter the semi-finals, while the girls team have advanced to the semis as well with a 5-0 win over TJC. Excellent job, guys and girls!
It has indeed been an exciting day today as our sportsmen and sportswomen sweated it out against their competitors, bringing home the many awesome results. Thank you to all of them for their hard work, and good luck for the upcoming competitions! (:
