Are you interested in outdoor activities? Do you yearn for a fulfilling and fun-filled March holidays? Here’s a golden opportunity for you guys! The 35th Outdoor Activities Club proudly presents to you our annual Youth Leadership Training Camp!

WHAT’S YLTC AND WHY JOIN?

YLTC is a five day four night camp from the 15th of March to the 19th of March. Participants will be split into 6 groups – Apaches, Cherokees, Comanches, Navajos, Pawnees and Shawnees. Through YTLC, you will be able to get to know and bond closely with your group and batch of participants, often forging lasting friendships. =)

Structure building!

In YLTC, you can look forward to a whole new experience – making new friends, learning all about discipline, teamwork and how these values are crucial to a good leadership. In YLTC, everyone can be and will be a leader at times.

Rock-climbing

Rock Climbing!

The fun and action-packed camp comprises of a whole range of exciting outdoor activities such as rock-climbing, kayaking, hiking, structure-building, camping, campfire and also outdoor cooking. Skills such as orienteering, survival, first aid and pioneering will also be taught to participants through the pre-camps held before the camp itself. After the camp, participants who have successfully completed the course will also be accorded  Level One Sport Climbing qualifications, and the fees for this courses is heavily subsidised and already included during registration.

Registration ends on the 26th of February, Friday, so please hand in your forms to your friendly OAC seniors either at the OAC bench (simply look out for those with the black OAC collar pin) or to either of the 2 seniors mentioned above. (:
